"We engaged Mark Feldman and his team to build our new house in 2015.This was the best decision we made in the entire project and they have completely restored our faith in builders.EVERYTHING went to plan. From beginning to end the build took less than seven months, and was completed on budget. The only increases were where we increased the agreed scope of work.Mark and his team were a pleasure to deal with: polite, efficient, responsive (Mark always answers calls, or phones back promptly if engaged) and were full of helpful (but never pushy)ideas and suggestions. They never 'knocked off' early on a Friday, and worked virtually every Saturday and Bank Holiday.Before being appointed they were open about the fact that they work on a small number of other projects at the same time, but the reality was that in seven months there were only about two working days when no one was on site.The quality of building work, finishing (both internal and external), attention to detail,site security and general tidiness were superb. Fifteen months after moving in we still have a 'show home' and we would be happy to show it to anyone thinking about engaging Mark for similar building work
